Real or Fake?

The homepage of Instaflirt.co.uk is simple albeit a bit unprofessional. It also gives very little information about the site or its user base. These are already some of the most common warning signs of fraudulent dating sites. However, the homepage does offer a preview of the member area, which can be a sign of a genuine dating site. Hence, our team wanted to be 100% sure and started using it for a while. Unfortunately, our doubts were not unfounded. It turned out most profiles on the site are either inactive or run by operators, paid to talk to new users and entice them to give the site money. They do this by sending messages to users who have just created their profiles, which means they aren‘t introduced to the site properly and there is a bigger chance to give it money at that moment. To put it simply – the only messages you will receive, no matter how numerous, are from paid professionals who have no intention of dating you. Hence, we can not recommend Instaflirt as a good option.

Free vs Paid

The sign-up form of Instaflirt insists on free registration. This is a common tactic fake dating sites use to attract new members. You will create a free profile, and realize very quickly you can not answer any messages if you don‘t purchase a coin bundle. In other words, you will not be able to talk to anyone using the site if you don‘t part ways with some money. Clearly, this makes the site basically unusable, as most users create profiles in hopes of talking to someone. When it comes to technical possibilities, Instaflirt doesn‘t offer anything out of the ordinary for a fake dating site. There are no particularly interesting features, and the design of the site is very cookie-cutter, basic, and dated for 2020. Former users have also complained about not being able to delete their profiles. To put it simply – the operators will use your abandoned profile to talk to new members. Hence, we recommend removing any photos before deleting your account.
